Welcome to the Expert Cover Design Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure fairness, transparency, and compliance across our affiliate network. Please read carefully before joining.

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

• You must apply to join the program and be approved by Expert Cover Design.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

• Affiliates must promote our services in a professional and ethical manner.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all new referrals made through their unique affiliate link.

• Commissions apply only to first-time purchases made by new clients.

• Existing customers are not eligible for referral commissions.

• Commission percentages may be updated with prior notice.

3. Tracking & Attribution

• All referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link.

• We use cookies and analytics to monitor traffic and purchases.

• The standard cookie duration is 30 days. Purchases made after the cookie expires will not be credited.

• If multiple affiliates refer the same customer, the commission is attributed to the last click referral.

4. Payout Instructions

• Payouts are made via [PayPal / Bank Transfer / other supported methods].

• Commissions are processed on a monthly basis, within the last 10 business days.

• Minimum payout threshold is $25. Balances below the threshold roll over.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Incorrect or outdated info may delay payment.

5. Restrictions & Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates agree not to:

• Use spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading marketing practices.

• Misrepresent Expert Cover Design or make false claims about our services.

• Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “Expert Cover Design”) in paid advertising.

• Use cookie stuffing, fraudulent clicks, or unethical methods to generate commissions.

• Create websites, social accounts, or ads pretending to be Expert Cover Design.

Violations may result in the withholding of commissions and removal from the program.

6. Add-Ons, Upsells & Special Services

• Commissions are based on the original order value only.

• Add-ons (e.g., rush delivery, source files, stock image costs) are not included in commission calculations.

• Rush orders, licensing fees, or technical issue adjustments are excluded from affiliate earnings.

7. Technical Issues & Disputes

• If technical errors prevent proper tracking, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, but affiliates are responsible for ensuring their links function correctly.

• Disputes regarding tracking, commissions, or payments must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

• Expert Cover Design’s records shall be considered final in resolving disputes.

8. Confidentiality

• Affiliate account data, reports, and customer information are confidential.

• Affiliates may not share, resell, or misuse referral data.

9. Termination of Agreement

• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.

• Upon termination, unpaid but valid commissions will be processed at the next payout cycle.

• Affiliates found engaging in prohibited practices may forfeit unpaid commissions.

10. Liability & Disclaimer

• We are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or technical failures beyond our control.

• We do not guarantee specific earnings; affiliate income depends on performance.

11. Modification of Terms

• Expert Cover Design reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• Affiliates will be notified of material changes in advance.

• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of USA.
