Payment Methods

At Expert Cover Design, we make payments simple, secure, and flexible. To ensure smooth transactions, we offer multiple globally recognized payment methods:

1. Accepted Payment Options

  • Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover (processed securely via Stripe/PayPal).
  • PayPal – Quick and secure international payments.
  • Bank Transfer – Available for large projects or international clients (details provided on request).
  • Mobile Wallets (where supported) – Apple Pay, Google Pay.

2. Payment Terms

  • Upfront Payment: Most services require full payment before work commences.
  • Milestone Payments: For larger projects (e.g., Premium Packages, Author Website Design), a 70% deposit may be required upfront, with the balance due upon project completion.
  • Add-Ons & Extras: Must be paid in full before delivery.
  • Rush Orders: Require 100% upfront payment, including the rush surcharge.

3. Currency

All prices are listed in USD (or the equivalent local currency, as determined by the payment processor).

Your bank or payment provider determines conversion rates and international transaction fees.

4. Invoices & Receipts

A detailed invoice is issued for every order.

Payment confirmations and receipts are sent automatically via email.

5. Late or Failed Payments

Work will not begin (or may be paused) until payment is confirmed.

Late or failed payments may delay project timelines.

In the event of repeated failed payments, the project may be cancelled and is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Security

We do not store sensitive payment details.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
